JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aimed at meeting and exceeding both sales and profit goals.

  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of the sales team to drive sales growth.

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive market penetration and customer loyalty.

  • Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors on the progress of sales initiatives and overall business performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field

  • Age not exceeding 40

  • At least 5 years of experience in the advertising and communications industry

  • Preference given to candidates with management experience

  • Strong leadership skills, ability to manage and develop teams

  • Willingness to work under high pressure, flexibility and creativity in problem-solving

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • Base salary up to 35 million VND + Bonuses + Individual commissions + Team commissions (total income can reach up to 100 million VND/month)
