JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aimed at meeting and exceeding both sales and profit goals.
Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of the sales team to drive sales growth.
Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive market penetration and customer loyalty.
Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors on the progress of sales initiatives and overall business performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Gender: Male/Female, age 24-35, presentable appearance
Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Media and Advertising industry
Experience in management, good communication and negotiation skills are preferred
Proficient in office computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint...
Proactive at work, flexible in problem-solving, able to work under high pressure

Basic salary (15-25 million VND) + Personal commission + Department commission + Bonus.
